You’ll always be able to reach us and your medical information via the internet, webcam, e-mail, and text. We embrace the advances brought to our industry via telemedicine, and that means that you will have improved access to your medical information and doctor after hours.

Comprehensive Annual Physicals and Employment/School Physicals

An annual physical exam will be tailored to your personal medical needs, particularly structured using age-based preventative guidelines. It’s all about you, and your specific goals for wellness. A physical exam will be done, and appropriate tests will be ordered. We will also make sure you are up to date with all recommended health screenings. We also happily perform physicals for school requirements or employment physicals.

Minor Labs and Minor Procedures

Some health procedures are included in your membership fee, this includes minor suturing, cryotherapy, skin biopsy, and more. If there is an extra charge for a service, thanks to our transparent pricing, you will know exactly what it is before proceeding. There are labs and procedures that may require an additional fee. Our Direct Primary Care members receive a discounted price for these special labs and procedures.

Consultations with Medical Specialists

If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, Dr. Corba will work closely with that medical specialist. Because she is on staff at both major hospitals/healthcare systems in the area, the choice is made together with you.
