Dr. Corba performs a number of in-office procedures and special medical services. Examples of the procedures that are included with the monthly membership fee include:

• Annual Wellness Exams
• EKG
• Pulse Oximetry
• Spirometry
• Peak Flows
• Nebulizer Treatments
• Joint Injections
• Small Lesion/Wart Removal
• Microdermabrasion (extra $10 per treatment)
• PAP Smears ($27.50-$55 pathology fee may apply)
• Suturing Simple Lacerations
• Trigger Point Injections
• Cauterization Nose Bleeds
• Ear Irrigation

Other procedures are available and offered for a small added cost and are outlined in the Patient Agreement. These include items such as:

• Venipuncture (a $5.00 fee for bloodwork drawn on-site)
• Microdermabrasion ($50 per treatment)
• ADHD Treatment (additional fees apply due to the extensive nature of screening and diagnosis-available upon request)
• Processing fee for Genomind testings

Additional expenses may also be incurred if supplies such as splints, cast shoes, or crutches are needed, but these are provided at near-wholesale costs. There will also be pathology costs associated with sending skin biopsies to the laboratory for further testing. These added costs are always discussed with patients prior to Dr. Corba ordering any tests or treatments and are available for deeply discounted prices.
